Installation Guide

Wear safety goggles and gloves during operation. Perform the operation in a clean, dust‑free environment. Clean the fork before operation.

Max pressure of Air plus can: 230 psi

1，Measure the fork air pressure, then release all the air.

2. Inflate the Air plus can to 1.5 times the fork's pressure, then screw the valve into the corresponding fork adapter.

3. Remove the fork's top cap and assemble it with the Air plus can. It is recommended to add one volume spacer to all 29" forks. Attach the anti‑noise pad.

4. Reinstall the top cap onto the fork, and then restore the air pressure.

Service Instructions

Maintenance every 50 hours：

1. Connect the pump and bleed all air from the Air plus can.
2. Use snap ring pliers to remove the snap ring from the bottom of the Air plus can.
3. Gently pressurise to push the piston out.
4. Clean the old grease from inside the Air plus can and from the piston, then thoroughly apply new grease.
5. Reinstall the piston and the snap ring, and restore the air pressure.

every 150 hours, or together with a fork rebuild：

Perform all the above steps, and replace the piston seal ring (included in the package).

          Not tested: 27.5inch FOX FLOAT 34

  • Not compatible: FLOAT NA1 air spring (forks manufactured before 2018).  FOX Podium. FOX TALAS

 

Marzocchi：

  • Compatible: All 36 and 38 models with NA2 air spring
  • Not tested:  34 27.5.

 

Rockshox：

          Compatible:  27.5 and 29‑inch forks with 35 and 38 mm stanchion diameters，i.e., pike，yari，lyrik，domain，zeb

          Not compatible:2027 LYRIK. PIKE DJ

 

DVO:

          Compatible:  Onyx SL .Diamond 36 SL. SL air spring only。Green volume spacer。

         Not compatible:Any fork with OTT functionality. Black volume spacer

 

SUNTOUR:  

         Compatible: 29inch durolux 160 170

         Not compatible:29 durolux 180.  all 275inch durolux.

 

BOS:

         Compatible: BOS DEVILLE ii 35.  BOS adapter and top cap need to be glued together.

 

XFUSION:

       Compatible: VENGEANCE 38 HLR
